The Use of hot stones for healing dates back to ancient times and is now being offered at Elite Massage in a 75 minute session. The massage therapist will use the heated stones as a tool during the massage to apply a warm deeper presure in certain areas of the body, while other heated stones are placed on key points of the body.

Hot stone massage is suited to people who tend ot feel chilly or who have cold feet.  It's also suited for people who have muschle tension but prefer a lighter massage.  The heat relaxes muscles, allowing the therapist to combine the heating the muscles with pressure with the stone.
